Collegiate Station stands out in that it leases on a room-by-room basis-if your roommate decides to move out, you are only responsible for your own lease. They also offer roommate-matching services. If you're having trouble finding a roommate, Collegiate Station will match you with one, or you can pick one yourself. The apartment complex community includes a computer lab, clubhouse and lounge, game room, fitness center, sand volleyball courts, and barbecue areas. Apartment rates average around $460/person plus electric (water, sewer, and trash are paid) and can be paid by the month or by semester.
