Choices in these materials are normally based on what type of office it is and what the office will ultimately be used for. The materials of the furniture will also be different in costs, varying on product.

A construction business may want something more practical and made out of something less colorful. The style of the furniture will be based on the use, the space, and the type of business that is using the office.
