I'm taking a stab that the food establishment NYC Department of Health gigged for a soggy sixty-two ( 62 ) violation points is the independently owned Rice Bar that's inside the lobby of St. Ann's, since St. Ann's Warehouse itself doesn't have a restaurant.

One of the violations is quite telling as to why the "official purveyor of food and wine for all St. Ann's Warehouse events" had as many violations as it had: "Food Protection Certificate not held by supervisor for food operations."

The inspector showed up at the theater and found:

  1. "Hot food not held at or above 140 degrees F."
  2. "Cold food held above 41 degrees F."
  3. "Appropriately scaled metal stem-type thermometer not provided or used to evaluate temperatures of potentially hazardous foods during cooking, cooling, reheating and holding."
  4. "Hand washing facility nor provided in or near food preparation area and toilet room. Hot and cold running water at adequate pressure not provided at facility. Soap and an acceptable hand-drying device not provided."
The inspector found another violation before exiting stage left, but it wasn't a "Critical" one like all of the aforementioned violations.

I haven't recently been to St. Ann's Warehouse, so I can't speak to whether or not they've ( Rice Bar and St. Ann's ) rectified the violations since getting inspected. I would guess no, particularly with regard to providing a nearby hand washing facility, especially since St. Ann's Warehouse has to move soon. The building is going to become an apartment complex and a school.
