Ohio Buckeye Buckwheat Muffins
1 recipe Basic Muffins
¾ cup buckwheat flour
½ cup dark seedless raisins
Prepare muffin recipe as directed except decrease all-purpose flour to 1 cup.
Add buckwheat flour to dry ingredients.
Add raisins with liquid ingredients.
Makes 1 dozen, 180 calories each.
