Ohio's Buckeye Buckwheat Muffins (#2)
Since this recipe vanished from AC after being published, and its URL wound up on the California Muffin page, I'll publish it again for those who requested it. Ohio's Buckeye Buckwheat Muffins are based on the Basic Muffin recipe at:

Ohio Buckeye Buckwheat Muffins
1 recipe Basic Muffins
¾ cup buckwheat flour
½ cup dark seedless raisins
Prepare muffin recipe as directed except decrease all-purpose flour to 1 cup.
Add buckwheat flour to dry ingredients.
Add raisins with liquid ingredients.
Makes 1 dozen, 180 calories each.
