Oksana Grigorieva's Questionable Photo & Claims, Mel Gibson's Temporary Victory

Russian born Oksana Grigorieva's dental story may be full of chips as found on the Radar Online exclusive, but TMZ finds her dentist is seemingly empty with a "knock out" form of tissue bruising proof. It's a fact founded by personal experience, when a person cracks a real, fake or covered tooth due to being punched there should some bruising - somewhere in the vicinity of the mouth - or at least one would think.

Aside from the dental drama, when it comes to Radar Online's audio exclusive, one has to ask Oksana a question surrounding a portion of the full thirty minute clip.

If Oksana knew Mel had a temper, to some extent, who's best interest was Oksana looking out for while she was "holding the baby" during Mel's alleged meltdown, as the tape suggests, in her own words?

Baby Lucia, the infant who had a front row seat to a domestic violence lesson may have been the only shield between Oksana and Mel that day. Not to say that Lucia was used as a shield. But if Oksana was not leaving with the baby at that moment and not breast feeding at that time then why was she holding the baby during the confrontation as mentioned on the tape - we repeat - holding the baby during the confrontation?

Okay, more questions than answers. But if the tape had originally been leaked to harm Octo-Mel's chances of seeing their daughter Lucia - it's not happening today!

TMZ reported that Gibson "won big" recently in the custody battle for visitation rights to see baby Lucia. Robyn Gibson, Mel's ex-wife, came through for Mel defending his character as a father and an ex-husband. Judge Scott Jordan found that Mel would not pose a danger to his child Lucia. As for Oksana's dentist, Dr. Ross Shelden's notes include, according to TMZ, "no evidence Oksana was struck in the mouth", but the dentist did share that a potential hit on the temple could have resulted in the dental alteration. However, there is no word of Oksana being hit in the temple - still researching that connection.

Meanwhile, on the lighter side of life...

Between Radar Online and TMZ comes YouTube. The Mel Gibson Christian Bale parody from JimboVids YouTube short is intended for mature audiences, and not suitable for children, as Mel and Christian go at it, together, against each other in a twisted tale of two celebrity personalities with aggressive anger issues. It's Bale, but the world still awaits Mel's confirmation.

Back to the gold digging grind...

One has to admit, when TMZ reported that Mel gave Oksana a $3 million home, a car, and health insurance, only to have her push for child support. This does not including the beginning notion of the first second intro into her "tour idea" request on the Radar Online audio release (or as we heard it) - Mel's mad! Snap!

But when going back to the last portion of tape 3 before the mentioning of "tour" as tape 4 begins we find that it's been snipped, in our examination, due to the last noted element from tape 3 being that of a phone hanging up, on Oksana's end.
