Oksana to Mel: Timothy Dalton Physically Abused Me, I Asked for More Money Then Too

Mel Gibson and Timothy Dalton have more in common than a relationship with Oksana Grigorieva: both men have been accused of physically abusing her. Both men have also been asked to fork over money after the alleged abuse in the form of child support, according to TMZ.

It is being reported by TMZ that the LA County sheriff's office is in possession of an email that lends credibility to Mel Gibson's claim of extortion. The email is from Oksana to Mel and acknowledges that she claimed to have suffered physical abuse at the hands of her first famous lover: Timothy Dalton.

TMZ is also reporting that Oksana asked for more money (in the form of a child support increase) from Timothy after the Russian musician became involved with Mel, resulting in her making contact with two lawyers to pursue the fund increase.

Oksana blames Mel with prompting the increase request.

Mel says it was all Oksana's doing.

It's a regular he said/she said with these two.

Yet it is a long mental jump to make a connection between a woman seeking to get an increase in child support funds for legitimate reasons and a woman attempting to extort money from men she is involved with sexually.

Oksana Grigorieva has every right to seek to have child support funds increased if there is a legitimate need or Timothy Dalton's income increased, since he is the father of her oldest child.

There is not, however, a right for any woman to exact justice in the form of financial means when a sexual partner becomes abusive physically.

Mel Gibson contends that if Oksana Grigorieva would lie to the press and law enforcement about her allegations regarding physical abuse suffered at the hands of Timothy Dalton (when it suits her), then she would also lie about it in regards to him.

Mel has a legitimate point. Score one for his team.

Timothy Dalton dragged into mess

What it boils down to is that now Oksana is going to inadvertently cause Timothy Dalton to be investigated for physical abuse because she brought this whole abuse issue to the forefront against Mel.

You can't ask the police to deal with one domestic violence perpetrator and ask them to ignore a previous one at the same time.

Score 2 for Mel's team.

If Oksana wants to keep up the abuse allegations against Mel Gibson, she has to be willing for there to be fallout to Timothy Dalton as a result of the investigation of her email correspondence.

Oksana's emails shed light on the whole Mel Gibson extortion/abuse topic. And it is only fair to Mel that if he is held responsible by her for physical altercations she provoked (that's obvious from evidence presented so far), then Timothy Dalton be held responsible for his physical abuse of her too.

Score another one for Mel.

Oksana seeking Gibson prosecution but not Daltons

Oksana and Timothy seem to be in an amicable state of affairs at present and the last thing she wants to see is her lone supporter getting arrested for a prior abuse to her. But if Grigorieva doesn't pursue her legal course against Mel she might not get the money she is attempting to extract either.

TMZ reported Grigorieva sought additional child support monies from Dalton--contacting two different lawyers to do so--following his alleged abuse of her and her new relationship with Gibson.

Score one for Oksana's team if they can prove ample time elapsed between Timothy's alleged abuse and Oksana's attempt to get more child support monies.

Law enforcement is now tasked with a King Solomon situation. And like Solomon, their best course of action would be to see if Oksana attempts to backtrack on the Mel abuse allegation in order to prevent Dalton from getting arrested for the same crime.

If the Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva is willing to let Timothy Dalton go down for his alleged past abuse--which she is denying took place in spite of her email to the contrary--then Mel Gibson's baby mama is just a money-hungry woman who managed to take two famous men for a financial ride.

If Oksana Grigorieva gives up her financial claims to her second baby daddy's money (Mel Gibson) in order to spare her first baby daddy's freedom (Timothy Dalton), then the woman might not be the gold digger she is purported to be.

This action on her part would prevent Dalton from a stay in the Grey bar motel years after the alleged abuse. The LA County sheriff's office will soon tell the tale on the Oksana Grigorieva, Mel Gibson, Timothy Dalton extortion and physical abuse matter, however.
