I came across Olay Daily Facial Intensives Deep Cleansing Clay Mask after years of brand jumping, and I have now been using it for about a year, along with the other daily Olay skin care products. I can honestly say, having tried nearly every available face mask on the market, from Freeman Botanicals to Biore self heating masks, and the $2 one-time use packet masks (I can't recall the brand name at the moment), that Olay Daily Facial Intensives Deep Cleansing Clay Mask is the best I've tried yet. Yep, out of all the other brands and types, this Olay mask is my favorite weekly go to face mask.
Olay Daily Facial Intensives Deep Cleansing Clay Mask: Product Performance
Olay Daily Facial Intensives Deep Cleansing Clay Mask goes on thick and cool when first applied, dries within five minutes, and tingles right down to the heart of clogged dirty pores; just what you want in a face mask. After rinsing and scrubbing the mask off just a tad, your skin will sport a slightly rosy glow owing to the deep purifying cleaning.
Made of kaolin clay and marine extract, Olay Daily Facial Intensives Deep Cleansing Clay Mask needs to be a weekly or twice weekly regimen if you expect to see lasting results. I try to do a face mask every other day, or twice a week if I can't manage that; but a clay face mask should never be applied more than every other day because it can severely dry out the skin.
After using Olay Daily Facial Intensives Deep Cleansing Clay Mask for a year, I can say that my skin is younger looking and clearer than it would be if I didn't continue with the weekly routine. Why younger looking? It's likely due to the thorough pore cleaning because when layers of grime fill the pores it can give the skin a sallow grayish quality, associated with older unkempt skin.
Olay Daily Facial Intensives Deep Cleansing Clay Mask: Price and Availability
I picked this mask up recently for around $10 at a local CVS, but Olay products are sold at most major retail chains.
Olay Daily Facial Intensives Deep Cleansing Clay Mask: Overall
I have no complaints about this face mask; I give it four stars.
