Olay Regenerist: Daily Regenerating Cleanser and Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Anti-aging Salicylic Acid Acne Moisturizer

Andrea Rowe
Because I have a chronic condition that affects my skin, I have tried many different skin care products. The only Olay Regenerist product I have tried is the daily regenerating cleanser. Olay Regenerist daily regenerating cleanser contains an amino-peptide complex and oxygenated derma beads that leave skin feeling softer and more refreshed. I can tell no difference in how young it makes my skin appear. The formula for Olay Regenerist daily regenerating cleanser contains salicylic acid and this makes the reddish bumps on my face appear lighter. The bumps also appear to heal more quickly when I use this cleanser.

Olay Regenerist daily regenerating cleanser does seem to remove dead skin surface cells as it claims to do. The cleanser also claims to regenerate the skin's surface at the cellular level. I am unsure of whether or not the cleanser accomplishes the second goal. Directions do not say how often to use this cleanser throughout the day but because of the beads and the removal of dead skin cells my opinion is not to use it more than twice a day. Olay Regeneration daily regenerating cleanser is one of the lesser expensive skin care products in the Regenerist line. A 5.0 fl oz bottle is about $6-7. I purchased mine at the only real store in my town-Wal-Mart.

I also tried Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Anti-aging Salicylic Acid Acne Moisturizer in an attempt to reduce my reddish white bumps. The bottle I purchased was 1.7 fl oz and I bought it at Wal-Mart as well. I decided upon the purchase of this moisturizer because it was in the clearance aisle. Original price was close to $20.00 and I paid about half of that. It appears this can be purchased for about $17.99 online. I do believe the Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Anti-aging Salicylic Acid Acne Moisturizer helped my skin to some degree. It is one skin care product I will continue to purchase when I can afford it.

A good place to buy both products http://www.drugstore.com

My daughter is so sensitive to anything with perfumes at all as my mother. I am looking for her a good facial scrub. I have been uneventful in finding anything unscented for her. Thinking of proactive? I wonder does it have perfumes? In bad need of this information.
