Olga's Fund-Raiser Supports Royal Oak's Mahany/Meininger Senior Center

Here's a way to indulge your appetite and support one of Royal Oak's two senior centers, the Mahany/Meininger Senior Center at 3500 Marais Ave.

To participate, don't go to Mahany/Meininger. Instead head for Olga's Kitchen in the Northland Mall on Tuesday, Oct. 26, either from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch or 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. for dinner. Order up one of Olga's famous gyro sandwiches, or any menu favorite, and a portion of what you pay will go to the senior center.

You will need to present a special handbill, and so check this link and print it out.

During these times of tight local government budgets, non-required services such as senior centers are relying on private support. That's why Olga's Kitchen is stepping forward for the Mahany/Meininger Senior Center.
