Olimpic Games 2010 Death Video and Brutality and Bad Spelling of "Olympic"

Meg G.
Olimpic Games 2010 death video is the way people are spelling "Olympic Games 2010 death video." The video that everyone is searching for is of a brutal luge crash that killed 21 year old Nodar Kumaritashvili. The search for the video showcases two things that are very common in our society: brutality and bad grammar (spelling.)

Our society likes brutality. I have to be completely honest - I watched the Olympic Games 2010 death video because of the hype surrounding it. It was very graphic and it made me feel awful for the lugers that are competing in the Winter games. If you want to see the video, click here to view a News coverage video featuring the video.

Google realized how brutal the luge death video was, and they subsequently pulled the coverage off from YouTube. This created a temporary frenzy which was quickly relieved when news coverage of the incident started making its way through the Internet.

Also, spelling "Olympic" as "Olimpic" shows that grammar and spelling isn't really all that important in society. I admit that my grammar isn't perfect - but I at least try to spell things correctly. It's not like "Olympic" isn't written somewhere on every single Web page in the world right now. All we are going to hear about until February 28th is about the Vancouver winter games. If that's all we are going to hear about, we need to at least be able to spell it.

The crash happened during a practice run on what has been criticized as the most dangerous luge in the world. There are critics that think that the track itself is what caused the athlete's crash, but investigators say that the death was caused by "human error." This doesn't surprise many people. Admitting that the track that had been created especially for the winter games is too dangerous to compete on would be downright embarrassing.

If you watch the video of Nodar Kumaritashvili's crash, you will see a very painful way to die. At the time of his death, he was traveling at speeds of at least 90 miles per hour. He's the third luge competitor to die during training. The first two died during the inaugural year of the games, which was 1964.

So as you search for the "Olimpic games 2010 death video" at least consider the possibility that you will have more luck if you properly search for the same term, but spell "Olimpic" as "Olympic" instead.

Painful way to die? It was about as close to "instant death" as you get.
