According to an article on Contactmusic, Olivia Wilde has something new to celebrate as of today. She has been named one of the sexiest women in the world. Not by the famous list at Maxim, instead she is being called the sexiest vegetarian by the people at PETA. This award is something that they have been giving out for several years and it has belonged to Leona Lewis for the last two years. So, Olivia Wilde is now the queen of those that refuse to eat meat according to PETA and what does that get her? At best maybe an army of followers who are too weak to actually accomplish anything because they are malnourished and underfed. Olivia Wilde should be proud that she is the sexiest woman to not consume meat. However, consider what that says for the concept of eating meat. Prospective vegetarians would look at the much sexier women that do consume meat and think that it is a better idea to do so. Consuming meat builds healthier bodies and more beauty if you compare Megan Fox to Olivia Wilde. When you remove the idea of consuming meat or not we can see that Fox wins. The creation of this award does not discourage people from eating meat. They may look at the award and see it as a reason for eating meat.

There are millions of animals that are being put in danger because of oil washing up on shores and PETA is naming the sexiest vegetarian. It seems like this organization should be focused more on the animals and protecting them from harm instead of publicity stunts. It is wonderful that they found Olivia Wilde beautiful enough to give her an award because her work in the entertainment industry has been very high quality.
