Olivia Wilde Returns to House with Admiration from Megan Fox

Tonight the hit medical drama House returns for a fifth season, after a chaotic fourth season where House held a competition for new team members and one of the losers died tragically in the season finale. One competitor that did win and got to be on House's new team was a mystery woman House simply called "Thirteen." Played by Olivia Wilde, "Thirteen" was someone who was afraid that she had Huntington's Disease, but didn't find out for sure until the season finale. As House begins a new season, "Thirteen" is put back into the spotlight, much like Olivia Wilde herself.

Olivia Wilde got additional free press in a recent interview GQ held with budding star Megan Fox. Commenting on her own sexuality, Fox mentioned "I could see myself in a relationship with a girl - Olivia Wilde is so sexy she makes me want to strangle a mountain ox with my bare hands. She's mesmerizing."

This would not be the first time Olivia Wilde is linked with same sex relationships. Olivia Wilde first broke out on The O.C as the bisexual Alex Kelly, who had a relationship with Mischa Barton's Marissa in the show's second season. On House, Olivia Wilde plays another character who is rumored to be bisexual- or at least an easy target for bisexual jokes by Dr. House.

Wilde joined House last season as one of the many competitors for Dr. House's new medical team. The Survivor like competition drew a lot of divided opinions and complaints from long time House fans in the first half of the season.

But Wilde's Thirteen, who has enough mystery and enough of a backbone to intrigue someone like House, eventually won one of the three slots along with Kal Penn's Cutner and Peter Jacobson's Taub. Wilde settled in as a full time team member when House returned after the strike.

As Season Five begins, the main focus is on the damaged friendship between House and Wilson after the death of Wilson's girlfriend, former House team competitor Amber. But in the background of the House/Wilson drama in tonight's premiere episode, the medical "case of the week" involves a woman who's case and symptoms draw special meaning to the ill Thirteen.

House airs on Tuesday nights at a new time slot of 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
