The symptoms of omega 3 deficiencies are vague but they are known to contribute to health conditions and nutrient deficiencies.

Typically, there are very few people that realize that they are not getting the proper intake of omega 3 fatty acids. The symptoms Omega 3 deficiencies are fatigue and dry or itchy skin, brittle nails and hair, frequent colds and constipation.
