On Love, Passion, Romance

Love is supreme in everything.

• Be aware. Once a lady's heart is convinced that love is the reason for a thing, event or person, she may become blind, deaf and mute instantly.

Take for example a super incompatible couple, who do you think will convince them otherwise (that they are not matched at all), if they are sure in their hearts that they are in love? No one. They will do what they want. And all the warnings from loved ones, from online or non-online articles and all others will go unheeded.

What else can we do? As I have mentioned, when love is in the picture, nothing else seems to matter. Everything seems possible. Just be aware and hopefully, when you are caught in the net of love you will not be as gullible.

Passion

• Be passionate but be responsible.

The day of hearts (February 14) has a way of flaming up the passion in you. Whether the passion has all simmered down to its minimum or is in its highest state of excitement, when love is in the air, it naturally flares up to cause fire.

Do you believe that?

Well, people have a way of thinking that way. The young ones and the young once are somehow, naturally, oriented deep in their subconscious that passion rules the corporate and the non-corporate world.

You can never climb up the ladder of success if you do not put enough passion to fuel your dreams; just as a relationship could not be that full of fervour without a spice of passion in the side.

Be filled with passion but be responsible. Do not leave your partners suspended and expecting the truth of your words in the height of passion; say only what you mean and what you can fulfil. Keep your sanity.

Romance

• Believe and Trust your Instincts.

Romance is a feeling put into heroic or adventurous stories in the books; it is an exaggeration of emotions between lovers.

Otherwise, romance is just the "state of being" of individuals in love; the idea of belonging; the assurance of not being alone in this big, cruel world. The bliss of knowing there is somebody who will never give up on you and vice versa.

There is also what we call, an instinctive impulse to preserve what is essential. God grants you a queasy feeling when caught in a troublesome situation and a feeling of complete serenity when in the hands of good. So never ignore that.

Now, romance is essential and is invisible to the eye. This is the very one thing that can put satisfaction in all relationships. But as mentioned, your judgment may be clouded a lot when you seem to feel and is convinced that you are in love.

Sometimes, there might not be romance at all but only an act. Somewhat pathetic but true to some people; so heed your gut feelings of safety and danger.

Valentine's Day

Love, passion and romance are wonderful virtues to be enhanced and highlighted in all of the Valentine's Day that will come and pass. We are a loving people and there is nothing wrong with that.

The only catch is the intention behind such feelings. Are you trying to express love, passion and romance in the context of family and forever?

Or are you trying to express it to manipulate innocent girls or boys to fulfil your selfish desires?

Look into your heart and think about it. Be honest and true. Be faithful to the idea of true love that is designed by God as our divine connections to one another. Happy Valentine's Day to all.
