On the Road with Austin and Santino Episode 6 Recap

Jenna de Salea
Wanna know what's hilarious? The dress Santino and Austin made for Michelle is the exact same dress Michael D. was slaughtered for last night on Project Runway.

But as always I'm waaaaay ahead of myself.

So last night Santino and Austin packed up the Lincoln Lady Van and headed to another small town located in Smalltown, USA. Where we meet Michelle, mother of 3 including rambunctious twin boys. Michelle is one of those tragique figures that is desperately hanging onto youth in her Pink sweats and Ed Hardy written across her tush. Unfortunately this should've stopped ten years ago.

Michelle is getting married, and wants a purty dress for her bachelorette party, so Austin and Santino are there to give her an age appropriate dress of her dreams. But first we must visit the place Austin and Santino will call home.

Yeah, they're like Mongolian circus tents or something. And when did Austin and Santino get married? Santino carrying Austin over the threshold...making breakfast...skipping and holding hands...blackberry picking. They are soooo cute! And I can't take my eyes off Austin's face. I must know what brand of foundation he wears. It's beautiful and flawless.

Loved watching Santino, child whisperer, with the boys. The whole 'child labor' thing had me howling, because only Santino would say that out loud. Poor Austin just looked like he was in hell the whole time, didn't he?

So yays the dress gets done, and we all rejoice. Michelle looks great and everyone claps.

I love this show soooo much! So refreshing after all the diva drama all week. I wish it were an hour long so I can write more about it. But this is fun :)
