On the Rocks
On The Rocks
When faith
dissolves, when reason
and logic abandon us,
when doubt
embraces and fear
grips heart with stoned
claw, when madness
becomes
the norm and our demons
bedfellows - when these
happen, we reach
for our rock, whatever
rock that might be.
But what
rock does the rock
grab
aholt of when that
rock
begins - as all rocks
must -
to erode?
