The roses you have in your arms
are a reminder of my love for you
The heart shaped box of chocolates
tells a story of the sweetness of your love
The handmade card, with your name on the envelope,
contains words created, with you in mind
The long kiss and longer hug
raises the temperature in the room
The smiles and thank you's
the next morning are not for just one day
but for all time.
