Yes he did fly upon the wings of the wind
From the heavens above he came
Born as a child, Emmanuel was His name.
He descended from Heaven to teach us and be
the sacrifice for all humanity.
The life He lived was holy and true,
His love was perfect through and through.
He healed the afflicted, inspired the gifted,
Taught us the word and showed us the way
That we should live our lives each day.
Then He died on a cross to forgive us our sins
and three days later rose again.
Now He lives with God the Father above,
and showers on us His unfailing love-
A free gift of salvation to all who believe
is given to those who want to receive.
To open the door, repent and believe.
Then for Him to come in, just ask and receive.
