The boys, eager to listen to Matt's "amazing" new music, adventured off to the upstairs confinements of Matt's room. Adam loved matt's room. It was never to hot, and it was always dark with old rock posters and dirty old laundry. "Who is this awesome band anyways?" asked Adam. "Oh it's umm, " The Chicken Charmer's responded Matt. "That is why it's so great," thought Adam who actually despised The Chicken Charmers greatly, to him they sounded way to old school. "Fabulous, Matt what have I told you about The Chicken Charmers?" Matt, who loved The Chicken Charmers, said, "Just give it a chance, dude it is their best album yet." "Do you realize that you say that about every Chicken Charmers album that comes out?" Matt nodded in agreement and hit the play button on his iPod. The silence was broken with a guitar riff. A simple drumbeat followed by some funky singing. When the song ended Matt turned to Adam, quietly saying pretty darn good huh? Adam stated "That was... super lame. I don't know how that appeals to you. Now please excuse me while I go cleanse my soul with a good band like Poop Shovel."
Adam winded up in Matt's soundproof garage, which was used as a music studio. It had his dad's guitar collection, which Adam was more than welcome to use. Adam grabbed his favorite guitar; a sharp tipped six slinger, solid black, and started to tune it "Alright now, Matt close your trap while I lay out one of the most masterful of melodies." With that said Adam plugged in the guitar, set it to the right volume and unleashed his mad skill. Matt sat there and watched in amazement as Adams finger turned into a blur of madness while they ripped all over the strings.
Throughout the jam, both Adam and Matt gave each other high fives. The guitar solo was a blast for the each of them especially when they passed a fun puffy filled bowl of enjoyment. There was nothing better to either of them. "Adam, do you think we will still be like this in, say forty or so years?" asked Matt. "Dude, no matter how old we get I'm sure that we will be, and despite your poor taste in music, I will always be your friend. After all do you think I could find another brother like you?" nope! Dude lets order a pizza.
