This is my experience and would like to share with you all. Believe it or not but true.
I had been to Goa several times to Shri Mahalasa temple at Mhardol, Ponda. There use to be a old woman selling flowers and scented sticks. I always wonder and feel sad about her as at her age she has to stand there to sell her flowers for whole day. Once I purchased all the things she had in her basket to sell. She was very happy and graced me with her warm hand by touching my head. This continued for many years when ever i went to Goa.
During my recent visit to same temple, I met that old woman at the bus stand. She put her hand on my head and asked me about my health and family etc. I wanted to ask her as why she was not selling flowers that day but found her very much in hurry to go some place and hence i did not disturb her. The same thing happened next day too. I was surprized as why she had stopped selling flowers. I asked her about that and she told me that, she was too tired to do that any more. I gave her some money which she did accept it gladly and put her hand on my head and graced me. Then i went to temple and did my routine pooja and took blessing from the goddess. As i was returning from the temple another lady who was selling flowers caught my attention. I went to her and before i could say anything to her, she told me,
" do you know ?"
" What " I asked her.
" The old lady with whom you did always buy flowers, died 10 days before "
" what ? How " I shouted loudly.
" Yes, she died. She was not keeping well for last one year and was almost bed ridden."
" How is that possible ? I met her here last year. I met her last two days at bus stand" I said.
" You must be crazy. She died ten days back. Ask any one. " She replied.
It was a great shock for me. It took some time to realize what that lady told me but for that touch. I still remembered that touch. Just few minutes before, she was there at the bus stand. She talked with me and kept her hand on my head. she accepted the money which i gave her. It was very hard to sequence of the incident. But it was true. Please trust me.
