One artist is making his mark everywhere he goes. Give him any kind of medium and he will paint anything in sight from the buildings, to cars, to even your shoes.

Howard Gentry, 38, originates out of Sacramento, CA and currently resides in Memphis, TN. Gentry started his artwork in 1980, and in 1981 won a 1st place poster contest. Even at a young age, this was the beginning of his career. His resume is impressive with all of the talented work that he has done. Gentry was awarded Artist of the Month by Clarksville, TN Chamber of Commerce in 1990. He has made numerous guest appearances at several different Art Shows across the country. Gentry has held 3 hour live paintings at local Dance Clubs across the country. Gentry has done paintings for Snoop Dogg and the Civil Rights Museum, Memphis, TN when Pres. Obama's was Inaugurated. March of 2010 brought devastation to Haiti, but Gentry stepped up doing a 3 hr live painting for 2010 fundraiser for Haiti. TN Rep G.A.Hardaway purchased an acrylic painting of a Haitian child crying tears.

Gentry is now the owner of NoManKind Arts, providing Art for everything that can be painted on; Clothes, apparels, murals, tattoos, anything that can be painted to include your body. All he needs is a blank canvas. Gentry works with Acrylic, oil, and watercolor.

All the art that will be submitted must address the subject of HIV/AIDS Awareness. The art will be on display from Oct 1- Dec 31 at Caritas Village Hope Gallery. This is not only an exhibition but a contest as well with the grand prize $1000 in Gentry's sight.
