One Brief Moment

Mike Powers
.
.
Out here
In the country,
I walk this seaside path.
I stop for just one brief moment
To feel the salt-tinged sea breeze on my cheek
As it wafts gently through the trees.
Too soon now, I must go;
I love being
Out here…
