One Day to Go: Let Your Vote Be Counted

Mary E. Coe
This presidential race is closer than you think. This is going to be a close election; anyone of the two candidates' can win. This race is not over; anything is possible. If your candidate is ahead in the poll; don't get too comfortable. If your candidate is behind; don't give up. Get out and vote.

We all need to get out and vote. Democrats, Republicans, the undecided the young and the old; we can't let a long line or the rain stop us. We can't afford to stay home and let someone else decide for us.

Whether your candidate wins or loses, a lot is at stake and we need to support the candidate of our choice. Today they need your help and your vote. If you are undecided pick the candidate you think will best serve you and your country; you know what your needs are; pick the president that you believe will best serve your needs and the people of America. Don't let everyone else decide for you because you can't make up your mind. We all need to get out there and vote.

We have two candidates left; Sen. Obama and Sen. McCain. We know one thing for sure; one of these senators will be elected president of the United States. That we can count on. We have the Obama/Biden ticket and the McCain /Palin ticket. Which do you believe is the right ticket for you? Make your vote count. Help to get the candidate of your choice elected.

The governor of California is Republican and the first lady of California, the governor's wife is Democrat. They will both cast their vote for the president of their choice. She is not letting the governor decide for her and the governor will not let his wife decide for him. They will both cast their votes for the candidate they believe will best serve their country.

You must not let someone else decide for you. Vote for the candidate that you believe will be the best serve you and your country. One day left; let your vote be counted.

Vote America! Vote!

Locally they are expecting a record breaking turn out and hoping the machines can handle the load. Someone wrote to the P-T to complain about voting early on Friday; took over 5 hours!. I sent mine off a day after I got mine in the mail. I feel bad, being so fast. I forgot about someone I was going to vote for and got her email message asking for write-in votes, the day after I put my ballot in the mail.
