One a Day Women's 2O Complete Multivitamin Drink Mix Review

Loki Morgan
One a Day Women's 2O complete multivitamin drink mix claims to help support hydration, bone strength, breast health, heart health, and a healthy reproductive system. This alternative to taking a multivitamin pill comes in mixed berry flavor and has zero calories.

I do not like taking pills so when I saw that One a Day had a Women's 2O multivitamin drink mix I instantly bought it. One a Day Women's 2O zero calorie drink mix comes in both mixed berry and lemonade flavor. Each package has 18 packets of vitamin powder that you add to a bottle of water. I saw this as an opportunity to increase my water intake as well as avoid taking a vitamin pill and purchased the mixed berry.

This is not the first powdered drink mix that I have tried so I did not read the instructions. I opened my bottle of water, poured the vitamin mix in and watched as a red bubbling mass oozed out of my bottle like a volcano. On the box it clearly states to take a sip of water before putting the One a Day Women's 2O multivitamin drink mix into the bottle. I advise you to follow the instructions to avoid an explosion. To prepare the One a Day Women's 2O vitamin drink you need to take a sip of water, pour the Women's 2O mix into the bottle, shake, and then enjoy. I prefer to drink it cold.

The One a Day Women's 2O mixed berry multivitamin drink tastes delicious. The first couple of days I noticed a slight metallic taste. It was very subtle and I no longer taste it. I have replaced my morning coffee with this vitamin drink. I love that it has zero calories and tastes like kool-aid. It is more expensive than the multivitamin pills because it has fewer servings per container. I am much more likely to drink my vitamin than take a pill so to me it is worth it. I give One a Day Women's 2O Complete Multivitamin Drink Mix an A+.
