"Clinically proven to give you a better body without spending countless hours dieting or working out."

"Lose 10 lbs. and unwanted inches in 48 hours. Guaranteed!"

"Lose 8 to 10 pounds per week, easily ... and you won't gain the weight back afterward."

Do any of this sound familiar, yet it is a blatant lie by many companies in an effort to strip you of your money without you ever-losing weight. Think about it doesn't this sound to good to be true well, it is. According to the FDA, "The weight-loss business is a booming industry. Americans spend an estimated $30 billion a year on all types of diet programs and products, including diet foods and drinks. Trying to sort out all of the competing claims--often misleading, unproven, or just plain false which can be confusing and costly."

Before you sign up with a diet program, you might ask these questions:

What are the health risks?

What data can you show me that prove your program actually works?

Do customers keep off the weight after they leave the diet program? ?

What are the costs for membership, weekly fees, food, supplements, maintenance, and counseling? What's the payment schedule? Are any costs covered under health insurance? Do you give refunds if I drop out?

Do you have a maintenance program? Is it part of the package or does it cost extra?

What kind of professional supervision is provided? What are the credentials of these professionals?

What are the program's requirements? Are there special menus or foods, counseling visits, or exercise plans? These are just some of the questions that should be asked before trying different weight-loss programs. Do you honestly think the doctors, pharmacist, and drug scientists who are developing and researching alternatives for weight loss for drugs to sell to you, want you to live healthy and a long life without their profession by which they are making their living?

As Elijah Muhammad said, "Eat to live and not to die, for food keeps you here and food takes you away. Eat one meal a day." One meal a day is along with plenty exercise and staying off the flesh of the hog will help you lose the weight .

Something your doctors never tell their patients is to stay off the hog or pork. The pig meat is 99.9 percent fat how could you lose weight eating fat everyday it's doesn't even sound logical. Pig meat has twice as much fat as beef. A 3 oz T-bone steak contains 8.5 grams of fat; a 3 oz pork chop contains 18 grams of fat. A 3 oz beef rib has 11.1 grams of fat; a 3 oz pork spare rib has 23.2 grams of fat.

The trichinae worm of the swine is microscopically small, and once ingested can lodge itself in our intestines, muscles, spinal cord or the brain. This results in the disease trichinosis. The symptoms are sometimes lacking, but when present they are mistaken for other diseases, such as typhoid, arthritis, rheumatism, gastritis, MS, meningitis, gall bladder trouble, or acute alcoholism it evens causes high blood pressure.

Remember to truly lose weight all you need is a proper diet (one meal a day) and exercise. A diet of fish, fresh fruit and fresh vegetables not the canned stuff will help you lose more weight than any diet program or pills. When I said one meal a day let's look at it like this. When you awake in the morning eat fruit for your breakfast and drink plenty of juice and water throughout the day. Then that evening eat your one meal this is the science of eating to live a healthy life.

This will guarantee you to lose more weight fasting sometimes will help adjust to eating one meal a day. Eating three meals a day are going to help put you in the grave faster. For more information on losing weight I'd suggest you read, "HOW TO EAT TO LIVE" by Elijah Muhammad.
