One Tree Hill: More Season Five Spoilers

It has been confirmed that One Tree Hill will start airing season five on January 2, 2008! For those of you who can't wait until then, here is the spoilers for the season, episode by episode.

There are a lot of new characters entering One Tree Hill in season five. Here is a list:

Dave - Peyton's boss.
Victoria - Brooke's mother. COB employee. Played by Daphne Zuniga
Alice - Mouth's TV Studio Boss. Played by Kelly Collins Lintz
Molly - Young girl who lives in Peyton's old bedroom.
Lindsey - Lucas' editor and girlfriend. Played by Michaela McManus.
Millicent - Brooke's assistant.
Greg - Nathan's basketball rival.
Barry - Nathan's agent.
Carrie - Jamie's nanny. Played by Torrey DeVitto
Owen - Bartender. Played by Joe Manganiello
Quinten - Cocky basketball star on the Ravens. Played by Robbie Jones.
Jason - Lead singer of "No Means Yes". Played by Kevin Federline

The new characters add depth and even more drama to the script of season five!

Here are the highlights and spoilers for season five, episodes one through eight!

Episode 5.01 - Four Years, Six Months, and Two Days, Aires 1/2/2008

Lucas has successfully published his first book, "An Unkindness of Ravens" and is currently working on his second book. However, he is having some problems with writer's block and feels that Tree Hill may be the answer he's looking for. He has also become involved with the Tree Hill Raven's basketball team as an assistant coach.

Meanwhile, Brooke has her thriving fashion line, Clothes Over Bros, Peyton is pursuing her dream career in the music industry, and Nathan and Haley are raising their son, James.

Episode 5.02 - Racing Like A Pro, Aires 1/9/2008

Haley, Peyton and Brooke gather together and put the search on for a nanny for James. Meanwhile, Lucas and Skills build a soap box racer so James can compete in a race.

Brooke faces not so friendly issues with her clothing line.

Episode 5.03 - My Way Home Is Through You, Aires 1/16/2008

Lindsey, Lucas' editor and girlfriend, worries that Brooke and Peyton might be a threat to her relationship with Lucas. Which, knowing the drama that has unfolded before in Tree Hill, her worries are perhaps right on target.

Nathan is handling fatherhood seemingly well, he plays basketball with his son, James. Dan later receives a picture of his grandson. Who knows, this could be a nice gesture or one to make him regret missing out on his cute, little grandson.

Episode 5.04 - In Between Days, Aires 1/23/2008

Jason, played by Kevin Federline, a cocky singer, refuses to work with Haley after encouraged by Peyton. Could he be avoiding a similar scene that she had with Chris Keller?

Later in this episode, Mouth enters a relationship that crosses the boundaries between his personal and professional life. Looks like our sweet, innocent mouth has grown up and has begun living a more dangerous life!

Episode 5.05 - I Forgot to Remember to Forget, Aires 1/30/2008

This episode is mainly composed of flashbacks from the time they graduated and the present. This will be nice considering we have skipped forward four years and are a little shady on what happened during that time.

The flashbacks revisit an encounter between Lucas and Peyton in Los Angeles while they discuss his career. And Nathan revisits memories of his immoral cheating tenancies on the Raven's basketball team when approached by a reporter.

Episode 5.06 - Don't Dream It's Over, Aires 2/6/2008

Peyton shows her fiery side when she tells bar owner, Owen, what she really thinks. She later apologizes in a seductive manner.

Lindsey, Lucas' girlfriend and editor, visits Tree Hill for the weekend while Nathan and Skills have a deep and insightful conversation which allows Nathan to believe that he's not ready to open up about his father, Dan. Honestly now, it's been four years Nathan! Get over it, but I guess without his setbacks he wouldn't have room to grow and thrive as a person during this season.

Episode 5.07 - In Da Club, Aires 2/13/2008

Lucas and Lindsey fight during this episode. Lindsey is jealous and mad; she assumes that he still has feelings for Peyton because he seems to be spending more and more time with her. Lucas then asks Brooke for a favor, he asks her to try to get Peyton and Lindsey to become friends but Brooke seems hesitant.

There is also a fight between Nathan and Jason (Kevin Federline) after Jason grabs Haley's butt in the bar. Nathan is also seen drinking only water in the bar, stating that he is trying to change and be more responsible.

Episode 5.08 - TBA, Aires 2/20/2008

Lucas supposedly kisses Peyton then proposes to Lindsey and Peyton is upset. She shows up at Lucas' door and wants answers. (We do too!)

Mouth finds out that Alice, his manager, has now been fired for carrying on an affair with a subordinate. She has apparently been sleeping with almost every guy at the television station.

Season five seems to be promising and full of drama, just what One Tree Hill fans are looking for. We are all curious to see who Lucas ends up with - will it be Peyton or Brooke? Nathan and Haley are bound to have their ups and downs and it will be interesting to see how they interact with their son, James. Also, we will discover how Nathan ends up dealing with his father's murder of Keith - is forgiveness in the air?
