One Tree Hill: How Will Producers Get Rid of Lucas and Peyton?
Six Ways Lucas and Peyton Leave One Tree Hill
We last see Peyton, Lucas, and Sawyer driving off in the Comet. Perhaps at the beginning of season seven we find there was a deadly car crash. They all could die or only one of them passes; this would leave the survivors an excuse to leave Tree Hill to move on and to heal.
This seems likely since One Tree Hill characters constantly find themselves tangled up in a hospital room. Although, I can't imagine the producers killing off the Scotts in season seven if they didn't do it in season six.
2. Luke's Career
Maybe by the beginning of season seven Luke has written a masterpiece about finally getting the girl of his dreams and having a beautiful baby girl; and therefore all the Scotts go on a book signing tour. Or maybe another movie producing company picks up An Unkindness of Ravens and does the filming far, far away from Tree Hill. Or maybe he simply gets his own column in a big time newspaper.
3. Peyton's Career
Perhaps Peyton's career takes off rather than Luke's and she has a big time record label in LA. Or maybe she becomes a sole agent for a popular punk rock band and the Scotts travel the world with them while they are on tour.
The Scotts moving due to a career change is possible, but highly unlikely in my opinion. The characters in Tree Hill always find a way to stay in Tree Hill. Think about it, Peyton had a small, but successful recording label in the small town of Tree Hill in an economic depression? But it's a fictitious world, so anything is likely.
4. Sawyer's Health
Due to the complications of Peyton's pregnancy, perhaps Sawyer has some health complications that call for a special doctor which causes them to move to a big city to receive medical care for her.
In my opinion, this situation seems most likely and believable than the other three. Just because car wrecks and jobs have never stopped the Scotts from residing in Tree Hill.
5. Karen, Andy and Lilly
Maybe Karen, Andy or Lilly's health is failing and the Scotts go to take care of one of the three. Or maybe they just go to be with them without the health issue.
I could see this happening if Luke's mother was sick, but other than that it's probably unlikely.
6. Money
Lucas and Peyton may hit the winning lotto numbers or maybe someone close to them passes and they inherit enough money to move to a little island in Greece and live happily ever after.
It's possible, but I don't think money would keep Peyton and Lucas away from Tree Hill. Money never stopped Brooke from making a home in Tree Hill.
Of course, the writers and producers of One Tree Hill are much more clever than me and will have a much better ending to the Lucas and Peyton legacy. We are all sad to see them go; but I know we all hope that their story ends with a happily ever after.

Post a CommentOne Tree Hill will never be the same and i am thinking about quitting watching it. I mean without lucas and Peyton the show is nothing. It will go down in ratings and this will probally be the last season.
Hope they kill peyton, I want lucas all to ma self!
At the end of the season (when lucas and peyton drove off into the sunset) you don't see them again. Its meant to be a whole driving into the sunset to start a new life sort of moment, no complew storyline
