Yoga classes are available seven days per week and are offered throughout the day and evening. Four levels of yoga classes are available, from "0" (minimal movement for all levels) to "3" (advanced). These yoga classes include basic yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Hatha, gentle and Sivananda. One Yoga Studio also offers master classes for yoga instructors. Private instruction is also available. Pre-registration is not necessary to attend a class; all classes are on a drop-in basis.
