One Yoga Studio is a non-profit yoga studio located in the Uptown area of Minneapolis. The studio's mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone. The studio opened in 2002 and in 2005, became a non-profit organization. The facility is small, made up of only one studio and a small lobby. The studio in One Yoga Studio is made up of cork floors, yellow walls, exposed beams on the ceiling and red brick columns. Skylights provide plenty of natural lighting.

Yoga classes are available seven days per week and are offered throughout the day and evening. Four levels of yoga classes are available, from "0" (minimal movement for all levels) to "3" (advanced). These yoga classes include basic yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Hatha, gentle and Sivananda. One Yoga Studio also offers master classes for yoga instructors. Private instruction is also available. Pre-registration is not necessary to attend a class; all classes are on a drop-in basis.

The studio opens 15 minutes prior to class start. Members must sign in at the front desk before heading into the studio. Once class begins, the doors lock--the studio suggests students arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to class start. Instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and experienced. The instructors are willing to help out students new to yoga without making the student feel singled out. Mats are available for use during class if you do not own one. The studio periodically hosts workshops throughout the year for additional fees. Students must pre-register to attend a workshop.
