Spicy, flavorful and sometimes exotic - Mexican food is always a great choice to make as it offers flavor and ease at the same time. There are times however when it is hard to find the proper ingredients at your local mega-mart or grocery store. This article offers four online stores that are sure to have what you need. These sites were chosen based on ease of shipping, quality, quantity and consumer service as well as the fact that they are reasonably priced. The sites further offer the ability to be shipped outside of the continental United States and Canada; they only ask that you place the order so a quote can be given.

Mexican Grocer: www.mexgrocer.com. One of the largest sites online for all of your shopping needs. Although this store also offers a wide variety of items and products, its food is very extensive from candy to hot sauces and seasonings to cookware gift sets. The site offers reasonable prices as well as gift certificates. Further, you can also get free recipes and tips to bring your dishes to life. They even offer vegetarian remakes of many Mexican dishes.

My Mexican Pantry: www.mymexicanpantry.com. This site offers both English and Spanish text for the reader. The site requires a $15 minimum order but that should be no problem with all it has to offer. Corn flour to candy as well as hard to find products and unusual items such as Jugo Maggi Original Seasoning and dried Hibiscus flowers.

World Food: www.worldfood.elsstore.com. Although is has a small selection in all of its categories ranging from baking to cooking sauces, this site gives you the advantage of buying either single products or cases of twelve items at a time. Out of the selections they have to offer, their range of hot sauces is the largest in comparison to the other offers. The site is well enough, but could offer more products.

Latin Merchant: www.latinmerchant.com. From preserved fruits and spiced vinegars, this site offers truly unique and hard to find items. Latin Merchant is also on the top food list on Food411 (www.food411.com). One of the truly unique products includes chia seeds which have been a staple in Mexican cooking. They also offer gift baskets for local flavors of the different regions. Finally, Latin Merchant has one of the finest and largest selections of spices from Anise Seeds to Zarzaparilla. The spices sold here cannot be found on any of the other sites.
