Online Poker and Cheating = No No. You Can't Beat the System

Does it Really Work? Are These Methods True or Just Another Scam?

Jason Freeden

Cheating at just about anything is just downright low. I wouldn't recommend cheating at poker or anything, nor is this article advising anyone cheat. But someone needs to let everyone know that it's just all BS. Sure there are ways to collude or talk amongst other people while in a hand and improve your chances of hitting more pots, but that's about it, and even that is becoming harder and harder to do as online poker rooms and monitoring everywhere.

But these sites that are sucking people in to buying there books or software that will allow you to see other peoples who cards and mark them. That's just so stupid and ridiculous to say the least, and I mean the VERY least. So what if you could see other people's whole cards... What would that prove? That you're making 4 or more times more money than the other people at the table? That would be so obvious that'd they close your account without an explanation, and simply because they don't need to give you an explanation if they sense cheating going on. Oh and to top it all off, you can go to jail too.

First off in my opinion all of these sites that allow people to purchase books and software on cheating at online poker should be fined or put in jail in the first place. Why even chance it if it's illegal, or so they say it isn't illegal but it is. Remember cheaters in the long run will never win. I recently viewed a website where they said how these so called "cheating" programs worked. You purchase the book from the website for a certain amount of money than read whatever it is. The book scams you by telling you AFTER you buy this book that you need a program to view other people's whole cards. Alright... Still a gimmick but fair enough, you purchase the program for the same amount of money you paid for the book which could be possibly $100.00 or even $200.00. Since we've went this far we might as well go all out...

The instructions tell you you're almost there but before you can view your opponents whole cards you must install the program on the other peoples computers so it can install a spy like program that runs in the background. So my guess is you either hack people's computers which is very hard to do, or steal money from people you know, like your friends or family? What is the point of that? Why would anyone want to do that? No one I know would want to steal from friends or family so let's get down to the nitty gritty.

That $200.00 you wasted on the book and program was just thrown out the window, since it's just ONE BIG SCAM! Put it this way, you could put the program on someone elses computer and I guarantee 99.9 % of the time it won't work. So not only did they take some time out of your life to read the book and instructions to install the program, but they suckered $200.00 out of you while doing it. Seems plain old stupid, and why people would do it is beyond me.

Seriously though after all that jibber jabber that was just plastered above this, why would anyone want to risk there hard earned money to do all of that, when even if it isn't a scam. Say the whole thing is legit and you really could see your opponents whole cards, would you really want to risk going to jail? Because that is what will happen. It is ILLEGAL! Whatever they tell you on these scam websites are just gimmicks. Listen to this article and save your money, unless you want to play legitimately. Sorry for being so crazy, but things like this really tick me off. Hope this article helps, and enjoy your day. :)

Thanks for letting us know about this scam. I have had people spam me at PokerStars about this right in the chat box. I have a lot of poker and computer experience so I would never fall for this. But I have been curious. Thanks
