Oops! Did She Do it Again?

Is there a new little bundle of joy on the way for Britney Spears? According to a housekeeper that works at Promises Treatment Center, it is certainly possible!

According to Smack That! E-Zine (March 22, 2007 issue), a housekeeper for Promises Treatment Center spoke out about Britney Spears and the little surprise that the star left in her bathroom.

The housekeeper, who was not identified in the article, stated:

"A few days after Britney arrived at Promises, I went in her room to do my daily routine of cleaning. She (Britney Spears) was attending a class and so was her roommate."

She continued:

"After I finished cleaning the bedroom area, I entered the bathroom so I could put up the clean towels and to my surprise, there was a pregnancy test laying on the sink counter. It had already been used and the little window said 'Pregnant'. It was one of those tests that give a digital reading ..."

When asked if it was definitely Britney's, she replied:

"I don't know if it was Britney's or her roommates, but it belonged to somebody! And whoever that somebody is, she is pregnant."

Being the housekeeper of such a famous celebrity for a short time must have been amazing, yet strange. The housekeeper was asked what she thought of Britney, and she answered:

"I was able to meet Britney a few times while she was in rehab. She is a really sweet girl. You could tell just by looking at her room that she loved her children and their father..she had photos of them on her nightstand. A lot of the staff talked about how she was having problems adjusting to rehab but I was never around her that much to see it."

Recent reports indicated that Britney Spears was lashing out at the staff and even attempted suicide while in the treatment facility. The housekeeper said that "..I never heard anything about her trying to commit suicide but I do have a friend that conducts a class at the center and he said that during the class, she would act as if she didn't belong there. He said that she questioned everything that he said and always denied that she needed help..."

During the interview, the housekeeper said that Britney was not exactly the cleanest person in the world.

"I have seen worse. But yeah, she did keep things messy. Mostly, it was clothes laying all over the place."

At the end of the interview, Smack That! Asked if she ever thought about taking the test and selling it on Ebay. Her reply?

"You know, it sounds really bad but I did think about it. I didn't though."

The housekeeper said that if she could say one thing to Britney, she would say "...stay strong."
