Open Letter to Associated Content

To Whom it may concern.

CC My Loyal Readers

You folks at Associated Content have frustrated me once again. I have accepted the fact Associated Content doesn't pay for the type material I write about so I submit everything Performance Payments Only. I write from my heart and from my personal experiences. I know I'm not as educated as most of the folks currently published @ Associated Content. I also recognise most of my folksy style only touches the hearts of a few loyal readers.

Could you explain why I get a form letter from Associated Content rejecting my work (and it is pulled from Associated Content's site) three days after it was published and after 51+ folks have read it, many have left positive comments? Can you explain why or is this just a subtle hint that you don't want to publish my work anymore? Is this just another of the infamous Associated Content IT glitches?

Associated Content has brought me much happiness. In fact the truth is Associated Content saved my mental health. Associated Content gave me a vehicle to express myself. I also have been blessed with earnings that pay for my monthly Columbian coffee expenses. I felt it was a win-win situation. My question still is do you want my work or is it time for s divorce? I'm not understanding the message you're sending. Perhaps you could send it in plain English...400 words or more would be appreciated.

Has Associated Content become so opinionated they no longer believe in the freedom of speech? Perhaps Associated Content has joined the ranks of FOX, NBC, ABC, CBS, etc and only published what they deem as good. I know it's all a business decision. I expect an honest answer in clear English... hopefully not another #$$%^^&&*&(*&&^&^%%$$#$@ form letter.

The Queen Goddess has told to me to calm down, quit swearing, and get back to writing. Do I need to look for another place to publish my work? I have ideas flowing through my head and my heart. Will you allow me to share them with my loyal readers? Please would someone at Associated Content give me a straight answer in plain English. Keep in mind I am a stubborn old school kinda guy that doesn't interpret hints well. If you don't want to get involved with personal intercourse print it in the comment section at the end of this piece.... Mizpah ;-}}>

Did you ever get an answer?

It was to keep you humble! I like what I've seen, so far!

To thine own self be true is always the best advice.

I had an article pulled....the links in the article could be called R rated but they were from Huffington Post. Anyway, I knew why. I hope you get an answer. Keep us posted.

They all said it all, hang in there your articles are wonderful!

Wow! I had never heard of an article being "pulled". I can understand why you're upset! But... take the bad with the good... Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater... (and all that jazz). You're better than that!

I like your writing, so don't quit! I had an article pulled also, and never got a reply to my asking why.....but I am not worrying about it, I just keep writing whatever I feel led to write.

Sorry you had an article pulled. I would also just email them and ask. Sometimes it takes a while, but they do work to keep the site ranking high in search engines. Don't leave. I for one, enjoy your honest, folksy style. No pretense, just honest heartfelt writing.

ps I agree with Sadie Kay and Don! AC is trying to help you get more page views, never doubt that! :-)
