OPI Shrek Forever After Collection - Spring 2010

Gwendolyn Taylor
OPI has again come out with their collaboration of nail polish seasonal collections in conjunction with upcoming blockbuster movie hits. This time they have come out with new shades to reflect the "Shrek Forever After" final installment movie. All shades are delightfully fun that matches the movie and reflects spring's trendy colors.

This collection consists of six shades: "Funky Donkey", "What's With The Cattitude", "Rumple's Wiggin", "Who The Shrek Are You?", "Orge-The-Top Blue", and "Fiercely Fiona". "Funky Donkey" is a deep, bright purple color. "What's With The Cattitude" is a light, sky blue shade. "Rumple's Wiggin" is a light, almost lavender purple color. "Who The Shrek Are You" is a spring green, the classic shade of Shrek himself. "Orge-The-Top Blue" is a deep, bright blue color. "Fiercely Fiona" is a lighter, tamer spring green, with a tint of yellow.

All come in .5oz fl oz bottles and retail for $8 each. "What's With The Cattitude", "Rumple's Wiggin", "Who The Shrek Are You", and "Fiercely Fiona" also come in a mini 4-pack, with each bottle being around .1 fl oz. This version only costs $12.50, and that way you get to try out all four shades without having to spend more buying the individual bottles. If you end up like one or two more better than the rest, then you can get the regular size bottles with out worrying about wasting your time or money. I have picked up one of these packs for myself, and it's nice to have 4 fun shades to experiment with, without spending $32 to buy each color individually.

This is not my first time trying OPI nail polish, so I knew I would get the same great quality as before. OPI nail polish lasts long and has a wide variety of colors to play around with, especially when they come out with their special seasonal collections such as this one. OPI nail polishes are available a specialty beauty stores such as ULTA and Sephora. I would recommend picking up the 4-pack or a couple of the individual bottles as soon as you can for these shades aren't going to be around "forever after".
