He said she was "A gift to the city for over two decades." She is Oprah Winfrey and Chicago Mayor Richard Daley said that when naming a street in front of Harpo Studios, Oprah Winfrey Way, this afternoon (May 11) in Chicago. Oprah noted, "It's better than an Oscar. It's better than an Emmy."
