Oprah.Com 12 Days Contest with Links, Prizes, and Hints
New Contest for Oprah Fans is Sweeping the Internet
This fun Oprah contest is a scavenger hunt with Oprah fans having to locate 12 different holiday icons in the pages of the "O, Oprah Magazine." The holiday icons are found both in the print version of the O, Oprah Magazine and the on-line edition edition as well.
The rules are pretty simple. Oprah fans must first register with the site located at Oprah.com, and then can start their search for the Holiday icons scattered throughout the magazine. Each icon has a small code and the appropriate code is entered on the daily basis. There are 12 codes for all 12 days of the contest. Once the icons have been located and entered, the winners will be selected with a random drawing from all eligible entries that were received during the 12 day run of the "O, The Oprah Magazine's 12-Day Holiday Give-O-Way" contest. Oprah makes it quite easy for her fans to find these icons, by offering up some easy hints, such as entering the phrase "give-o-way" into the search engine. In case you are wondering, it's not necessary to buy the magazine or subscribe to the on-line O, Oprah Magazine to enter the contest.
A word of caution however. Unlike Volvo's Twilight contest where fans were posting the answers as quickly as they found them, Oprah fans would prefer you NOT post the answers in the comments section.
So what are the prizes? Twelve lucky winners will walk away with all forty-six O-List Holiday holiday gifts as listed in on page 101 of the Christmas edition of the O, Oprah Magazine. These prizes range from things such as iPod nanos, HDTV, video cameras, biker jacket and 42 other prizes with a total value of approximately $57,280. One lucky grand prize winner will receive two tickets to The Oprah Winfrey Show in Chicago and The Ellen DeGeneres Show in Los Angeles plus two round-trip tickets on American Airlines and a two-night stay at the Omni Hotels.

Post a CommentDear Oprah I am a mother of 4 children, and grandmother of 3 and another grandchild on the way, I have been married for 34 years on March 26,2011, me and my husband have had some hard times trying to put 4 kids in college, well 4 years ago my husband lost his job, I was supporting the family with my income, I was on my job for 21 years, had got a promotion, and everything, well after a year the company tell me they no longer needed my service, due to my and my supervisor had some misunderstanding and she made my job so hard for me to stay there, so I ask god if this job isn't for me show me the way out and he did, I am 53 years old, trying to change my career, me and my husband he is a license electrician and got laidoff, I got fired, after 21 years of dedicated service to this company, me and my husband finding it so hard to my ends meet, I would like more than anything to celebrate with family and friends my anniversary, could you please me this possiible.

the code numbers from the magazine did not match the numbers found on line.very upsetting!!!!!!
