Orange County Birthday Parties

Brooke
When it comes to parties in Orange County, North Carolina there are many venues and restaurants that would be more than willing to make your child's Birthday party the best. The problem is, you might have never heard of or considered any of these places. Either that or you would like to know more about them such as location, types of food they serve, what kinds of activities or packages they're offering, and so on. My five favorite venues and or restaurants are as follows.

Of all the local birthday party venues, Adventure Landing Raleigh has the most entertainment. From Laser Tag, to go karts the fun never ends- for them at least. As a parent you've got to be up for the loud noises and hectic aroma. This venue is located at 3311 Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC 27604. This birthday party venue's phone number is (919) 872-1688‎. Besides what was already mentioned, there are year round batting cages, miniature golf, and endless arcades. Adventure Landing Packages include the Play Time Party Package and the Ultimate Party Package. The only differences in them are the ultimate contains one more activity pass and 10 more arcade tokens, 30 in all. They both though provide pizza, unlimited drinks and popcorn, unlimited miniature golf for an hour, goody bags, someone to organize your party, activity passes, tokens, and your own party table. The Unlimited party package goes for $16.99 a person and the Play Time party package goes for $13.99 a person.

The Mardi Gras Bowling Alley is one of best local party venues you will host a party at. It's located at 6118 Farrington Rd # A in Chapel Hill, NC 27517. Their number to book a party is (919) 489-1230. This Alley offers party packages starting at $13 a person for one full hour of bowling, shoes, live DJ, dancing, games, prizes, party invitations, goody bags, a chance to win free game passes, the party room for 45 minutes, and supplies and utensils. I'd like to say though, when they say live DJ they aren't saying enough. The DJ pumps all the kids up, puts on their favorite songs, blows bubbles out into the crowd, hosts freeze dancing contests, and so much more.

Frankie's Fun Park is hectic and loud like Adventure Landing and Chuck E Cheese's but the look on your child's face when they see this venue is priceless. The place is enormous and has its own restaurant built into it, so pizza isn't the only thing on the menu. Like Adventure Landing it has a Laser Tag maze, miniature golf, a race track, and an arcade, but some of the game in the arcade are partial rides. Though are also two race tracks at Frankie's instead of the one at Adventure Landing. It's simple; One is for adults, and one is for children therefore its safer. It's located at 11190 Fun Park Drive in Raleigh, NC 27617. To book a party today call (919) 433-7888. Party packages at Frankie's start at $14 a person and provide $5 of token credit, one attraction pass, and one fun house pass.

The Chuck E Cheese's located at 3724 Mayfair St. in Durham, NC 27707 or any other Chuck E Cheese's for that matter is another perfect place for your kids and their friends to roam safely among rides, games, and prizes. They have fun while you get to sit and eat or watch in the restaurant section. To book a birthday call (919) 493-6084.

As far as local birthday party venues go, the Museum of Life and Science may be the perfect place to go. Depending on the age of your child and his or her interests you may plan in advance where exactly to visit. Especially since there are over 13 acres of outdoor exhibits and 65,000 square feet of museum to wander around in. Call (919) 220-5429 extension: 315 to book a party at this venue. Basic Party's include free all day admissions for guest members, the party room for an hour, freezer space, use of CD player, and a party host and it goes for $150 with a maximum of 20 people. It's located at 433 W Murray Ave in Durham, NC 27704.

I grew up in South Carolina and moved down to Florida when I was 21, then at 31 I moved back. I love uncompetitive volleyball.. (you know like on the beach or in the pool or something).  View profile
