Orange Cranberry Sauce Recipe
What you need: fresh cranberries (1 small bag)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
lemon zest

Pour orange juice into a small skillet add dijon mustard and lemon zest let it cook just until boiling stirring often,turn down heat to low or at a simmer add in cranberries cover with a lid,let cook for approximately 20-30 minutes on low stirring occasionally.Cranberries will plump up and the sauce should thicken slightly.You can serve warm or cold.
