There are many tools used in aromatherapy such as candles, incense, bath products, massage oils, fragrance oils and essential oils. No matter what ailment a person may have, they can use aromatherapy in conjunction with proper medical treatment to help in the healing process. Using essential oils is but one way to do this. There are many different essential oils that one can benefit from, but we will concentrate on the orange scented oil here.

This oil is yellow to orange in color and is used for a variety of purposes. Some but not all properties of orange essential oil are anti-depressant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, diuretic, sedative and tonic.
Aromatherapists use this oil for treatment of depression, anxiety, moodiness, stress and frustration. The oil is known for it's uplifting quality and tends to make a person more cheerful when used.
There are many ways that a person can use orange oil to meet their needs. Lighting candles and playing soft music, while adding a few drops to their bath can be a very relaxing experience. Dabbing a couple drops mixed with jobola oil on to one's wrist and inhaling the fresh scent can uplift one's spirits quickly. People use this oil in their soaps, detergents, shampoos, potpourri, candles, perfumes, diffusers, and many other things. Obviously, you wouldn't want to take this oil internally, but you can use your imagination when using this oil.
