With ORATOR installed on your Blackberry phone, you can use the phone just as a sighted user could. The text to speech (TTS) software reads everything that is displayed on the screen. You can also adjust the pitch and speech rate of the screen reader. This provides a much more customizable user experience. ORATOR is designed for the newest version of Blackberry phones, so you don't need to worry about compatibility with your phone. If it is a Blackberry, ORATOR will be able to be active on the phone.
ORATOR allows you to write text messages, send emails, check missed phone calls, make a phone log, browse the internet, and basically do anything the phone is able to do; all while using TTS out put.
With user documentation on the Blackberry phone, anyone can easily learn how to use ORATOR. Fully equipped with TTS output for the QRTY keyboard, ORATOR is available from the Humanware website.
