Oregon's greatest Oktoberfest takes place in Mount Angel, Oregon. Located just off Interstate 5 take exit 271 through Woodburn from the North and travel down hwy 214 or exit 256 at Salem coming from the South and travel down 213 through Silverton on to Mount Angel right to where the fun of Oktoberfest begins for many Oregonians and travelers from around the Nation and world.

Mount Angel, Oregon Oktoberfest begins September 16 through the 19th and is home to many activities. With four stages this year continuous live music throughout all the days of the Oktoberfest. This years Mt Angle Oktoberfest has over 30 musical groups including Donaumusikanten coming to us straight from Germany.

Food is plentiful and with 50 Alpine food chalets and a large variety of ethnic foods. These food chalets provide authentic German dishes and food throughout the entire Oktoberfest and are where there is always something to eat for every visitor.

Street Dancing, Cruz-n Car Show, Kindergarten rides and shows, Arts and Crafts, and traditional Biergarten, Weingarten and Alpinegarten take place the entire 4 days of the 2010 Mt. Angel Oktoberfest.

RV and tent camping available and protected parking is also available so the safety of your vehicle and convenience of camping for this event is provided.

Mt. Angels Glockenspiel plays every day at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm and is one of the central hub areas of the Mt Angel Oktoberfest.

Mount Angel Oregon is a small community that settled in the 1800's by German pioneers. The surrounding country could have been their reason for choosing this ideal spot in the great state of Oregon since the countryside is quite similar to the Bavarian countryside left behind.
