Makes 10 - 12 Pancakes
Organic Ingredients
1 Ripe Banana
2 TBS Sugar
2 TBS Real Butter - Melted
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk (Raw is better)
1 Cup Ground White Wheat Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Celtic Salt
½ Cup Pecan Pieces
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together. Cream banana and sugar. Add butter, egg and milk. Beat until combined. Stir in sifted ingredients and pecans. Pour batter onto a hot griddle to your favorite size. When the top bubbles, flip the pancake over and let it slightly brown. Serve with warmed REAL maple syrup and organic berries. Or, spread cream cheese on the pancake and roll it into a "cheesecake roll." Enjoy!
