Peak Organic Brewing Company is a small craft brewery that sells handcrafted ales made from fine, artisanal ingredients. Some of their brews include the fruity and piney Simcoe Spring Ale, their floral, citrusy IPA made with their Simcoe, Amarillo, and Nugget Hops, and their Nut Brown Ale that has been made with Munich Malt, Chocolate Malt, and Hallartau Hops. The other varieties of organic brews offered from Peak Organic Brewing Company include their Pale Ale, Winter Session Ale, Amber Ale, Maple Oat Ale, Espresso Amber Ale, Fall Summit Ale, and Summer Session Ale.
Bison Brewing is another company that produces all organic beers, promoting sustainable food and beverage production methods. This organic brewery offers a variety of year round and seasonal beers. The year round varieties include Organic Chocolate Stout, India Pale Ale (IPA), Barleywine Ale, Single Hop Organic IPA, and Belgian Ale, while the seasonal brews offered from Bison Brewing include Imperial Brown Ale, Honey Basil Ale, Gingerbread Ale, and Pumpkin Ale. Bison Brewing, which produces Belgian beers, makes use of ingredients such as coriander, orange peel, and dried fruits.
Eel River Brewing Company is the proud, first certified organic brewery in the United States. Using 100% organic ingredients in all of their brews, Eel River Brewing Company produces several varieties of entirely organic beers, all of which are medal and/or certificate winners. The organic beer options from Eel River include India Pale Ale, Extra Pale Ale, Porter, Amber Ale, California Blonde Ale, Triple Exultation, and Raven's Eye Imperial Stout.
Wolaver's Organic Brewing Company
Wolaver's Organic Brewing Company out of Middlebury, Vermont is a brewing company built with a foundation for minimizing one's impact on the earth, sustainable production, and great tasting beer. They offer year round varieties of organic beers, as well as seasonal ones. Their year round offerings include India Pale Ale, Oatmeal Stout, and Brown Ale, while their seasonal offerings include Wildflower Wheat, Pumpkin Ale, and Alta Gracia Coffee Porter.
