"I have very seldom in my life experienced true blue hate," states Rodica Prusan Angel, who is behind the movement. "But this is one of the rare instances."
Letters are to be sent to Judge Whitesell, P.O. Box 213, Mountain Home, PA 18342. The defendant's name is Peter Zervas and he is the owner of the Blue Comet Diner in Hazelton.
Zervas is scheduled to stand trial March 30.

In other pet news, an email alert has been issued by Eyes of an Angel Pet Rescue and Word Press that animal rescue groups should not work with Spotted Dog Rescue a.k.a. Kelsey Marie Wiese to obtain more dogs.
"It is after some thought that we have decided that we must share this note and warning with all of you," the email from Eyes of an Angel states. "We are one of the groups in South Florida that helped clean up her mess when she was Spotted Dog Rescue and finally lost it and said she was having the dogs euthanized if no one took them."
In unrelated animal news, there are urgent dogs in Jackson County, GA who are adoptable and they only get days to be adopted. (Source: Facebook).
For more information, email puglover@jawcaw.com or Joni_rhodes@hotmail.com and she will put you in touch with the shelter.
There are also numerous dogs and cats in an emergency situation at the gas chamber animal shelter in Abbeville, LA (Abbeville Vermilion Parish) that only get four days from the date they come in before they are put to sleep, according to Tara Andrews, who posted a notice on Facebook for a volunteer organization familiar with the agency.
There are no public adoptions at the shelter. The animals must be pulled by an approved 501©(3) rescue, according to staff. If you are such a group or are affiliated with such an organization, you may contact the shelter directly.
The phone number is 337-643-3160 and fax is 337-643-3161.
