Rubbermaid can solve all your garage problems in a variety of ways. There is no job too big or too small for Rubbermaid. I wish I were being paid to say this, because they are getting one hell of a deal on free advertising, but I have to stand by the facts and let them speak for themselves. Here are the five best solutions Rubbermaid has to offer in organizing and storage for your garage.
Plain and simple, everything can be done with their new wonder system-FastTrack. FastTrack is a wall-mounted rail system where you buy in pieces as little or as much as you need. The rails come in several sizes and all you do is screw them into the studs on the walls and snap on a rail covering. The rail covering is strong and sturdy and supports a host of official accessories, supporting up to 2000 lbs. per rail. It's simply amazing. There is no better way to describe it. The accessories themselves are completely adjustable as to where you want them located-just lift off and put back on, or slide them down the rail.
The accessories that are available for the FastTrack system are wide and varied. You can even install a complete shelving and cabinet system that mimics your kitchen but is one hundred times more sturdy. Other accessories include: Hose hooks, mesh baskets, multi-purpose hooks, power tool holders, hook shelves, 3-handle hooks, 2-handle hooks, utility hooks, vertical ball racks, vertical bike rack, horizontal bike rack, wheelbarrow rack, wire shelves, ladder hooks, and wood shelves. There is nothing that can't be done in your garage with this system.
If the FastTrack system is not for you and you need something simpler, I would first recommend their resin cabinets. The Base Cabinet, for example, snaps together easily to reach the dimensions of 18"D x 36"W x 36"H. It is Mica and Charcoal in color and holds a maximum of 336 lbs. It includes one solid shelf and one ventilated shelf and features lockable doors.
Besides these, the next best garage organizing accessory are the good old fashioned resin shelves. They come in several different sizes, but I like the 4-Shelf Unit 24" Deep. This is your basic resin unit and it will not warp, crack, rust, split, peel, or rot. It assembles quickly and each shelf holds up to 180 lbs.
If the basic resin shelf is not quite enough for you, but you like the idea of shelving units, go for Rubbermaid's new steel reinforced shelving. In the 4-shelf unit, 3 steel beams support each shelf and hold up to 800 lbs. total. They are completely rust resistant and just as easy to assemble as the resin shelving.
Lastly, to perk your garage up, I recommend the Deluxe Tool Tower. It is ideal for all your long-handled tools and holds up to 40 of them. Safe, head-down storage protects you and your family as well as the tools. There is even a place for a weed trimmer and cord storage.
Rubbermaid has solutions for all your garage needs. There is no reason to put it off any longer. Visit www.rubbermaid.com or find them in your local hardware store today.
