Do you spend hours trying to keep up with your online social life? Multiple email accounts? Active on Facebook and Twitter? Have friends on several different chat clients? Trying to keep up with everything can be almost impossible, not to mention extremely time consuming. With LiveGO, the challenging just became simple.
What Is LiveGO?
LiveGO can be summed up in four words: connect, organize, simplify and share. It is truly an all-in-one solution. We've all seen all-in-one chat clients to bring together AIM, Yahoo Messenger, MSN and others. Other sites cater to making it easy to upload your status message to multiple sites. You can also set up a single email account to receive email from multiple accounts. However, this still requires three different setups.
LiveGO offers something different. One site for chat, social networking and email. From one location, you have everything at your fingertips. LiveGO supports the major players in all three areas. Since it is in beta at the moment, only certain sites are available. For most users, this won't be a problem. As the service grows, more sites and services will be added.
Is It Safe?
Any site that asks for account information for other sites and services must have ample security and encryption. After all, you are trusting quite a bit of personal information to a single site. All passwords you enter are encrypted using 1024-bit RSA keys to ensure your passwords stay safe. The full privacy policy is available by visiting the link at the bottom of the page. LiveGO is as safe or safer than many of the sites and services you currently use, such as email and social networking sites.
What's Supported
For social networking, Facebook and Twitter are currently the only sites and services supported. For chat, AIM, MSN, Yahoo! and Gtalk are all supported. If you have a Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail email account, LiveGO is at your service.
Getting Started
From the main LiveGO home page, select the service you want to use to get started. Enter your account information as requested to connect your account to LiveGO. You will then have access to the LiveGO Dashboard. From here, you can add any supported site or service. Everything is managed from your dashboard. This includes logging out of accounts or LiveGO itself. You can also change settings for how services are managed. Your dashboard is your main point of content in this incredible social media organizer.
