~Earth Day Rhythm~

Pick up trash: shuff shuff shuff
Feed the grass: sift sift sift
Clean the stream: splash splash splash
Plant a tree: pat pat pat
That is the Earth Day Rhythm.
Do it all day long.
Saving the Earth is so much fun,
When you sing a song!

~Our Earth, Our Home~

Our Earth, our home
Is spinning 'round.
We get our sust'nance
From her ground.
We drink the water
Of her streams
And build our homes
With arbor beams.

We deeply breathe
Her windy air
Which runs its fingers
Through our hair.

But what in turn
Do we give she?
Harsh fires that burn
The olive tree?
Strip mines, and trash,
And caustic ash
That poison streams,
So none may drink?

Our Mother Earth,
Our only home,
Is crying out.
Is there no hope?
We must stop burning,
Must stop trashing,
No more poison,
No more ashes.

Clean her rivers!
Plant her trees!
Tend her soil!
Let her leaves grow
Healthy, shiny,
Sparkling green!
So future children
All can see
Her majesty.
