How to apply:
First you will need a powder brush that has thick bristles. I use one that I purchased from Mary Kay many moons ago. It is still in great condition, so why not. I take my powder brush and swirl around the bronzer. I make sure I apply a lot on my brush and then I blow a little bit off. If you apply the bronzer too much in one spot on your face, then it looks too dark and uneven. I apply it to my face in a swirly pattern, making sure I bring it down my neck so I don't have a two tone jaw line. I apply it on my forehead, cheeks, nose, chin, eye lids, and neck. After I apply my bronzer, I then move on to my blush (also from Origins). Oh I forgot to mention, first I apply moisturizer, foundation, and then the bronzer. What I like about the bronzer is that there is absolutely no smell. I am so picky when it comes to smells that my husband makes fun of me. I also like that there is no glittery shimmer to it. I don't like feeling like my face is full of glitter. It comes in a compact with a clear cover so you can quickly reach for it in your makeup drawer without having to search for it. It is light weight on your face. It doesn't feel heavy or thick. I don't even notice that I have it on other than the fact I am not sheet white anymore. I only apply this product to my face, not any other body parts. I am not quite sure how that would work. I think this product is only meant to use on your face and surrounding areas.
Where to Buy:
Like I mentioned earlier, I purchased mine at my local Origins counter at the mall. You can also buy it online at their website for the same price of $19.50. You can go to www.Origins.com for more information on ordering any product. You can also purchase it at any free standing Origins store. When you go the store, the sales person will help match up your skin tone to the correct shade. I would recommend the deep shade if you are like me and have olive toned skin. Go with the lighter shade if you have paler skin.
I hope this review helps and if you do decide to purchase this product, I hope you will be just as satisfied as I am with the Origins Sunny Disposition Bronzer. Please make sure you use the proper brush and technique when applying, it makes a world of difference.
