Orlando Stores Open Thanksgiving Day 2009

Thanksgiving Day 2009 events in Orlando aren't limited to the theme parks and holiday buffets. You'll find several Orlando shopping centers and stores that remain open for part or all of the day, and some are offering special holiday deals for the entire weekend. If you're looking for somewhere to go before or after your Turkey Day dinner celebration, here's the lineup of stores that will be open for Thanksgiving Day 2009:

Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores
Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day 2009, and will also open bright and early at 7 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving for the Black Friday madness. Head here to shop for clothing, books and gifts from the Gap Outlet store, Old Navy, Nine West Outlet, Samsonite and Fossil. All of the Walmart stores in Orlando are open 24 hours for Thanksgiving Day in Orlando, so if you need to pick up last-minute Turkey Day recipe ingredients or just want to burn off some of your holiday meal with some pre-Black Friday shopping, head on out to the area Walmart for a few hours. Walmart will be unveiling its Black Friday specials between midnight and 6 a.m. on Black Friday 2009.

Prime Outlets Orlando
The Prime Outlets shopping center is another venue that will be open on Thanksgiving Day 2009. This outlet center is home to designer stores including Lacoste, Ted Baker London, Saks OFF 5^th, the Neiman Marcus Last Call, and Victoria's Secret. Sports Authority is one of the few retailers that will be open for Thanksgiving Day 2009 shoppers. The store reports that this year's hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., so plan to head out here a few hours before Thanksgiving Day dinner plans get underway. The Premium Outlets shopping center will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and then will reopen at midnight for the Midnight Madness Black Friday sales.
