Orlimar Fury 460 Driver

For the past several years Orlimar Golf has been down in the dumps. Low sales, a new owner and lack of buzz all but killed off the once King of Infomercial Golf Clubs! But today, there are quite a few new products from Orlimar that I have had the chance to hit, and for the money, they are just as good as anything out there on the market today at any price. With this new lineup being out for about a year now, we will soon see if Orlimar has what it takes to make a comeback to the big time.

The Orlimar Fury 460 driver is a clean, classic looking all Titanium 460cc driver. It features a lot of the same technologies that other large headed drivers feature today and is designed to hit the ball high and straight with maximum distance. The club head, shaft and grip combo make this a very high quality club and or just a little more than half of what the competition charges for their premium driver, so if you are looking for a great driver without breaking the bank, I would suggest this club to just about anyone.

There really was not anything I could not do with this club. I could hit it high, low, draw it or fade it with ease and the ball really jumped off the face. I felt very comfortable with this club in my hands with it not feeling too light like most other companies make their new drivers in effort to get more distance from their drivers while at the same time sacrificing accuracy. I really loved how this club looks and sounds and I could honestly say that this club is just as good as what the big name companies are producing.

If you have not thought about Orlimar in the past few years, I suggest you give them a look. They have done a lot of work to get some quality products back out onto the market. All they need now is its once loyal customer base to give them a second chance to prove to them that they still have what the average player is looking for. A great club at a great price.

I'll be reviewing a few more Orlimar products in my next couple of posts. Including a couple of sets of forged irons that are sure to please even the most serious players! Stay tuned!
