Although the collection variety is a bit sparse (only three shades available), the colors are all neutral enough to compliment any skin tone. "Luxe" is a light yellow gold foil color. This shade of gold is not your typical deep almost mustard yellow gold color. It stays more on the canary yellow spectrum. "Rage" is a beautiful rose gold foil color. At some points it looks subtly peachy and at other angles it looks more of a muted faded bronze. "Shine" is a true silver foil metallic. It is not too deep so it strays from looking like a grey color, but it definitely is on the monochromatic side. Since all of these stay away from the bold and dark look, these are wearable with any shade of attire and won't clash.
Because these polishes are loaded with lots of micro sized glitter the effect is a super shimmering metallic look. No mater which way you look at the color, it will have glimmer and shine. The micro glitter is tiny enough to prevent a goopy or non-smooth look on your nails and also minimizes the look of streaks. One coat is good enough for a subtle and sheer girly look. Two coats adds instant drama and gives you that futuristic look.
The additional plus about these nail polishes are that Orly nail polishes are "3 Free". That means that they are free of the harmful ingredients that exist in many nail polishes: DBP, formaldehyde, and toluene. They are also free of formaldehyde resin. Each bottle retails for about six to seven dollars. Orly products are sold in drugstores such as CVS, specialty beauty supply stores such as ULTA, and on online beauty retailers. ULTA will frequently have sales and promotions where you can purchase any two Orly products and get one free.
